Irrigation Installation
New automatic sprinkler systems for homes and commercial properties. The design starts from the landscape and the plants, every head goes on a swing pipe mount, and the coverage is head to head so each arc reaches the next head. Backflow prevention is installed to Texas code with the state-required certification, with rain sensors and remote controls.

The crew diagnoses the problem before quoting, and the quote is transparent. Heads, valves, pipe and parts are stocked, so most repairs do not wait on an order. Preventative maintenance and water efficiency tuning keep a system working, with support by phone, email or on site.
Drip Irrigation
Up to 97% water efficient, and it uses 30 to 50% less water than conventional watering. Drip is exempt from the Dallas city watering restrictions that limit sprinklers to two days a week. Commercial drip installs and repairs are part of the sheet.

Sheets 05 and 06 / Below grade
05Lawn DrainageDrainage designed around soil type, plants, sprinkler positioning, watering needs and the slope of the ground. Built for property owners, HOA presidents and facilities managers.
06French DrainsA trench of gravel and rock with perforated pipe that carries water away from the foundation, guarding against mold, foundation cracks and interior damage. Custom residential designs up to large commercial foundation systems.
Sheet 07 / After dark
Not sure which sheet your yard needs? A pooled corner might be a French drain job, and a dry crescent between heads is usually an irrigation repair. Describe it in a short note on the contact page and the office will point you to the right one.
