After dark

Landscape Lighting

Low-power LED lighting designed and installed around your entrance, paths, trees and architecture, planned from a bird's-eye view of the property.

A yard that disappears at sunset

Most yards in Dallas and North Texas get all their planning during daylight. Then the sun goes down and the entrance is dim, the path is a guess and the best tree on the lot is just a dark shape. A property that took real money to landscape ends up invisible for half of every day.

Lighting fixes that, but only when it is planned. A few fixtures scattered by eye usually leave hot spots, glare and dark gaps. The trick is deciding what deserves light before anything is bought or buried.

Plan first, then fixtures

Precision Irrigation Systems starts every lighting job with a design plan: a bird's-eye view of the key features of the property. From that drawing we plot where each fixture goes, then choose the fixture type that suits each spot.

The palette is wide. Spotlights and floodlights for broad coverage, entrance lights to greet people at the door, path lighting along walkways, downlights mounted in trees, and hidden well lights that wash architecture from the ground. Everything is low-power LED.

Since we already know where your sprinklers, beds and drains sit, the fixtures are placed around that system, not on top of it.

Safety, security and value

Good lighting makes steps and walkways easier to see after dark, and a lit property is harder to approach unnoticed. It also shows off the landscape and the building, which is part of why lighting helps property value.

Depending on the requested landscape lighting project, we may be able to offer our services in other North Texas locations as well. Call (469) 534-1100 or use the contact page to describe the property, and ask about pairing lighting with a new irrigation installation.
