New systems
Irrigation Installation
Residential and commercial automatic sprinkler systems across Dallas and North Texas, designed around your landscape with heads on swing pipe, 100% head-to-head coverage and a 3-year written warranty.
Drawn around your landscape and your plants
A sprinkler system fails when it is laid out for a generic yard. Precision designs each new system around the landscape and plants it has to water, whether that is a fresh lawn in Plano, a shaded bed in Richardson or a long frontage in Frisco.
Residential and commercial systems get the same treatment: the design considers where the beds, turf and trees sit before a single trench is cut. The system is automatic, so once it is running you are not dragging a hose around.

Heads on swing pipe, arcs that reach the next head
Every head Precision installs goes on a swing pipe mount. Heads sit where the design says they should, and the spacing is set so each spray reaches the next head: head-to-head coverage, 100% overlapping, with no dry stripe between zones.
Parts come from the leading manufacturers, Hunter, Rain Bird and Weathermatic, which is what lets a system run for years without constant attention. Where a rotor will cover better than a spray head, the design says so.
Backflow, rain sensor and remote control, done to code
New installations meet all back-flow prevention codes, including the certification the State of Texas requires. That work is part of the job, not an add-on to chase later.
Rain sensors keep the system from watering in a storm, and remote controls let you adjust the schedule without a trip to the garage. Done right, a new system saves time, saves money, saves water and adds to the value of the home.
Three years, in writing
Precision guarantees installed landscape systems in writing against defects in material and installation for three years. The warranty arrives with every new irrigation installation, and it is the title block on the whole drawing.
The work is backed by 25+ years serving Dallas and North Texas and by Texas licensed irrigator 16502. Estimates for new systems are free: call (469) 534-1100 or send the contact form.

“They opted for more expensive rotary heads instead of spray heads merely based on what would work best, completely disregarding the increased cost.”
