Sprinkler Systems

New automated sprinkler systems and the repairs that keep them running, for homes and businesses across Dallas and North Texas. No job is too big or too small.

Where a sprinkler system fails first

Most sprinkler problems announce themselves as a brown patch, a geyser by the curb, or a zone that never comes on. Behind each one is usually a short list of suspects: a timer that lost its program, a head that got clipped by a mower, a pipe or fitting that cracked, a valve that stuck, or a wire a shovel cut while someone planted a tree.

Low pressure is the one people misread. A zone that only dribbles can be a leak, a half-open valve or a clogged head, and guessing wrong means paying for the wrong part. That is why a repair visit starts with finding out, not with replacing things.

How Precision works through a system

The visit follows the zones one at a time. Coverage and operation are checked at every head, low-pressure problems are diagnosed, cut wires are detected and repaired, and valves are located, repaired or replaced. Timers and clocks are repaired or replaced, and broken heads, pipes and fittings are swapped out.

Rain and freeze sensors matter more than most owners think. Precision installs and repairs automatic rain-freeze sensors, so the system stops watering when the weather has already done the job.

New automated systems, residential or commercial, are designed head to head, and that standard is what we repair back to.

Winterizing and spring setup

North Texas does not freeze every week, but it freezes often enough to crack fittings and exposed pipe. Winterizing the system, the blow-out, clears the water out of the lines before that happens.

In spring the same system gets set up again: zones run, heads checked, the controller programmed for the season. A property in Plano, Frisco or McKinney that gets this done once a year rarely has a surprise in July.

New systems of any size

Precision installs new automated sprinkler systems for homes, businesses and larger commercial grounds. No job is too big or too small, and every new installation carries a 3-year written warranty from a Texas licensed irrigator.
